Whipping up some Cowboy Hominy
Twisted Skillet’s Sean Koehler whips up some Cowboy Hominy for Kirbe Schnoor to enjoy at the NFR Tailgate Party.
Hominy is basically dried corn soaked in alkali, making it puff up. With this dish, Koehler sautes onions and throws in jalapeño and cherry tomatoes.
