Tilden Hooper is the cowboy to beat heading into the 2021 Wrangler NFR, but the eight-time qualifier will have his work cut out for hims as several World Champions are giving chase behind him.
Taylor Broussard qualified as the 15th-ranked bareback rider in the world the first time he made the Wrangler NFR in 2019 and in 2021, he dealt with the bubble pressure well once again.

Kaycee Feild enters the 2021 NFR looking to defend his World Title from 2020, the fifth of his Hall of Fame career. He currently sits in the No. 5 position after earning $125,856 on the season.
Bennett finished the 2021 regular season in the No. 4 spot after earning $140,213 on the year. The No. 4 finish would tie his career-high (2016) finish in the World Standings.
Clayton Biglow has finished inside the top 7 of the Bareback World Standings every year since 2016, including winning a World Title in 2019.
Richmond Champion started the 2021 season with a big win and ended it with one as he won the bareback riding champ at the RAM National Circuit Finals and the ProRodeo Tour Finale in Salinas.

Canadian bareback rider Orin Larsen has qualified for seven consecutive NFRs and finished Top 10 in the PRCA Bareback Riding World Standings in each of the last five years, including No. 3 in 2016 and No. 2 in 2019.
In his first three full seasons of bareback riding in the PRCA, Garrett Shadbolt has kept getting better and better and after finishing 25th in 2019 and 21st in 2020, he closed the 2021 regular season No. 10 in the World Standings.
Cole Franks is off to the Wrangler NFR, making him the second straight Resistol Rookie of the Year bareback rider to make it after Cole Reiner did so in 2020.
