Taylor Broussard qualified as the 15th-ranked bareback rider in the world the first time he made the Wrangler NFR in 2019 and in 2021, he dealt with the bubble pressure well once again.

Broussard entered September No. 14 in the PRCA World Standings with the five cowboys behind him all within $7,000. The Louisiana cowboy took care of business in the season’s final month by winning about $18,000. He won checks on 13-of-18 outs in September, including seven in a row to end the season.

To seal the deal, Broussard won over $4,600 at the ProRodeo Tour Finale in Salinas.

In June, Broussard was the champion of the Greeley Stampede, taking home almost $6,000 for his 89.5-point trip atop Black Kat, which was his highest marked ride of the season.
