The American Quarter Horse Association will be having its annual convention as scheduled in 2021 after cancelling in 2020.
The event will take place from March 18-22 at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort in San Antonio.
It will have a modified schedule to allow attendees to focus on business initiatives, committee and council meetings as well as rule change proposals.
“With the cancellation of the 2020 convention, as a result of the coronavirus, AQHA leadership understands the importance of hosting an in-person convention in 2021,” said Craig Huffhines, AQHA executive vice president.
The Hall of Fame induction has been postponed, so the 2020 and 2021 honorees will share a ceremony later in the year.
