Rickie Engesser is currently sitting in the top spot for breakaway roping at the Greeley Stampede.
Engesser made a run of 3.2 in the slack after drawing a great calf.
“I was very fortunate to draw a pretty good calf and I just use him to the best of my ability,” Engesser said.
During Performance 4 Engesser stopped the clock at 3.3 seconds pushing her into the No. 1 spot on the leaderboard with an aggregate time of 6.5 seconds.
Engesser will return to compete in the Championship Round on Thursday, June 30.
