The American Quarter Horse Association recently named a new Executive Vice President and it was Karl Stressman.
“One of the great things about how fortunate I’ve been in my career is that I’ve had the opportunity to work for some great brands,” he said.
Stressman has worked for Wrangler and the Professional Cowboys Rodeo Association and the experience from both companies will be helpful in this new journey with AQHA. He says the largest breed association in the world mirrors some of the best companies he has worked for.
“It is a matter of stepping up, identifying the issues and fixing the issues rather than trying to take on the top 20 issues, lets take on the top three and complete them and do a great job and give our members the opportunity,” he said.
Stressman says that the crew he has in Amarillo, has his utmost faith that they can accomplish big things in favor of AQHA members.
Congratulations to Karl Stressman on his new position with AQHA.
