Mixing up some refreshing cazuela de tequilas at the NFR Tailgate Party

Twisted Skillet’s Sean Koehler mixes up a cazuela de tequila for Kirbe Schnoor to wrap up day five of the NFR Tailgate Party.

This Mexican cocktail gets its name from the large clay bowl it is usually served in. It is similar to a Paloma. It typically contains fresh, citrus fruit like grapefruit and oranges.

Twisted Skillet’s menu is inspired by hill country and ranch cuisine, but with a modern twist!

They also make it a priority to take the talents of local farmers, ranchers, chefs, cheesemakers, winemakers, brewers, distillers, and more to create their amazing dishes. Their menu utilizes local and seasonal ingredients.
