Twisted Skillet grills up some tenderloin skewers at the NFR Tailgate Party

Now that Twisted Skillet’s Sean Koehler has prepared his orange and tequila glaze, it is time for the meat.

Koehler shows how he cuts the tenderloin for the skewers and explains the best way to go about grilling them up. He also discusses his preferred cuts of meat and grilling safety.
