Leighton Berry’s 2023 season has started just right and that continues at Rodeo Austin. He had a rematch with Rafter G Rodeo’s Ankle Biter and the two stacked up to be 88 points and move to No. 1 on the leaderboard.
“He does something different every time and I never know what to expect but that’s an awesome horse of Jim Gay’s. That was maybe my fourth time, always win a good check on that horse, I was lucky to have him today,” Berry said.
We are only three performances into Rodeo Austin but it looks like Berry might have cinched his spot in the Semifinals.
