Cooking up some carne asada at the NFR Tailgate Party
Sean Koehler, the owner of Twisted Skillet, is joined by TCC’s own Kirbe Schnoor to cook up a delicious dish at the NFR Tailgate Party.
He is serving up his take on carne asada, a meat dish that is cooked over a grill with onions, garlic, and peppers.
Twisted Skillet’s menu is inspired by hill country and ranch cuisine, but with a modern twist!
They also make it a priority to take the talents of local farmers, ranchers, chefs, cheesemakers, winemakers, brewers, distillers, and more to create their amazing dishes. Their menu utilizes local and seasonal ingredients.
