As ProRodeo.com wrote, two Xtreme ProRodeo events fueled some extreme movement within the PRCA.
Cole Elshere, who won the Xtreme Broncs event in Rapid City, jumped 38 spots from 51st to 13th after his 90-point ride on Korkow Rodeo’s Onion Ring earned him more than $4,000.
Also in Rapid City, Ky Hamilton went from 17th to fifth in after his 90.5-point ride at the Xtreme Bulls event won him second.
Other roughstock riders making moves last week included Stetson Wright going from 12th to third in bull riding, Spencer Wright going from 21st to 12th in saddle bronc riding and Chris Bechtold rising from 19th to 15th in bull riding.
In the timed events, some notable movers included Luke Branhuinho going from 22nd to 13th and JD Struxness springing from 12th to sixth in the bulldogging.
