Dean Thompson and Kade Sonnier are both rookies ranked in the Top 10 of the PRCA World Standings. On the premiere episode of The Call with Steve Kenyon, the two discussed who impacted their career growing up.
Thompson, a Utah native, got to spend some time learning from Kaycee Feild while he was in high school while Sonnier got great advice from Tilden Hooper and used Jake Clark’s old riggin when he started riding.
“The nice thing about going to learn from a guy like Kaycee is that there’s no questions, you already know you’re getting the best information in the world,” Thompson said.
