Rocker Steiner goes to No. 2 on the leaderboard at Rodeo Austin’s Playoff Semifinals after the Texas bareback rider made an 86.5-point ride on Andrews Rodeo’s Fressno. Although he had never seen the horse before, Steiner’s excitement was all there when he found out the horse was from Canada.
“That horse just really bucks and, you know, it wasn’t a perfect ride, it wasn’t the best ride I’ve ever made… It was just real wild and that horse is real snappy and set my feet real hard…” Steiner said.
With Steiner’s corner full of World Champions, he is never short on advice and encouragement. With just one performance of Playoff Semifinals left in Austin, Steiner is likely to move on to the Finals.
