Riley Pruitt Captures His First San Antonio Win As He Climbs In The World Standings

Riley Pruitt stayed consistent as he capitalized on multiple great calves to capture his first title at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo.

Pruitt’s pace remained steady going into the Final Round where he turned in his fastest time of the rodeo with a 7.2-second run.

“I’ve drawn extremely well at this rodeo and luckily my horse worked for me every single time and I just made good runs,” Pruitt said.

After suffering from an MCL injury in September of 2022 Pruitt was off for four months and is making his comeback count as the cowboy secured a check for $22,500 to win in Antonio and is now sitting at No. 5 in the PRCA World Standings.
