JJ Hampton is an 18-time World Champion who grew up in a rodeo arena in the cowboy capital of the world, Stephenville, Texas.
Hampton’s father was a cowboy who started it all for her. She and her sister would haze for the cowboys that would come over to their arena for practice. That arena was right off of highway 108 drawing in crowds that would pull off the highway just to watch the family rope.
Hampton continues to be a force to be reckoned with in the arena and it all got started in a hard a rock arena in Texas.
