Cole Elshere was 90 points on Korkow Rodeo’s Onion Ring to win the Rapid City Xtreme Broncs.
Elshere said he was excited earlier in the week when he saw his name next to Onion Ring because he knew their styles matched up.
“She just had an outstanding day,” he said. “I just remember how strong she was when she was coming through that first corner.”
Elshere is a South Dakota native and said it was special to have the packed stands cheering for him.
