WPRA Breakaway Roping Standings Update: Rickie Engesser and Cheyanne Guillory Win Big in California
With breakaway roping continues to captivate rodeo fans across the country, the Top 15 is full of talented athletes all gunning for that trip to the National Finals Breakaway Roping that will be held at the South Point Hotel and Casino November 29 and 30.
Among the best of the best is Rickie Engesser, Cadee Williams and Cheyanne Guillory.
7. Rickie Engesser, $53,409
Engesser brought in checks from the Bozeman, Montana and Aberdeen, South Dakota but her biggest wins as of lately came from the Horse Heaven Roundup and the Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo. She split the win at both rodeo’s winning a combined $13,994.

8. Cadee Williams, $52,231
Williams brought in big checks of over $4,000 from the Golden Spike Rodeo and Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo. She continues to climb the World Standings. The Texas cowgirl has consistently been stopping the clock in the mid 2’s to keep her season rolling.
11. Cheyanne Guillory, $44,600
Guillory has placed at six rodeos in the past two weeks and every single check has been over $1,000. Her fastest time of the six came at the Missoula Stampede where she was a 1.8 to win it all and almost $3,000. Her biggest pay day came in San Juan Capistrano where she split the win with Engesser to take home almost $8,000.
There is one month left of the regular season and breakaway ropers are gunning for fast times, clean catches and no broken barriers and the time crunch is on for making it into the Top 15 o the WPRA World Standings.
