T Parker Goes 2-for-2 in Fort Worth, Wins Bracket 7, Round 2

The National Western Champion followed it up with a stellar performance at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo

T Parker pulled in more than $3,000 in Bracket 7 in Fort Worth and advanced to the Semifinals there for the second time in as many trips.

The 20-year-old cowboy, who won the National Western earlier this month, was 88.5 points on Rafter G’s The Good Stuff to win Round 2 of the final bracket.

“I knew I had to put my head down and go to work,” Parker said of conquering a previously unridden bull. "(It took) grit, it just depends on how bad you want it.”

Parker advanced out of Bracket 7 in the top spot by pairing his 88.5 with a 79 in Round 1 to make him the only one in the final bracket to ride two. Round 1 winner Canyon Bass joins him in the Semifinals while Jate Frost is Bracket 7’s Wild Card.

Parker began this week as the No. 12 cowboy in the PRCA Bull Riding World Standings. He finished No. 13 in 2023.
