Waguespack currently sits No. 1 in the World. He placed in both rounds and won the average at the Spanish Fort Fiesta Days and won go-round money in Deadwood, South Dakota at the Days of ’76 Rodeo making his season earnings total over $106,000. He is gunning for a fourth World Title at this year’s National Finals Rodeo.
WILL LUMMUS CHEYENNE FRONTIER DAYS 5.9
The newly crowned Calgary Stampede Champion, Lummus, is sitting No. 2 in the World. He earned close to $10,000 at the Cheyenne Frontier Days after clocking a 5.9 and a 7.2 to move on to the Final Round.
Cure is sitting at No. 3 in the World. After an impressive Calgary Stampede, he went on to Nampa, Idaho to the Snake River Stampede where a 3.6 got him the Round 2 win. He is looking at heading back to his sixth National Finals Rodeo this winter.
J.D. Struxness is your No. 4 steer wrestler. He cashed in after winning the Final Round of the Spanish Fork Fiesta Days and placing at the Snake River Stampede in one round and the average. He holds on to his place in the world standings by just $29.
