First Out Saturday, Paul Tierney/Tanner Braden Win Second Semifinal in Cheyenne

Paul Tierney and Tanner Braden put the pressure on the rest of the teams at Cheyenne Frontier Days by setting the pace at 8.7 seconds on Saturday afternoon, which was enough to win the second Semifinal.

“I love (to compete here), it’s something new, something different,” Tierney said. “So I love coming here, it’s a whole new setup, we get a few funky things out of my horse but it worked out.”

Things were a little simpler for his heeler.

“We were just trying to catch our steer and see what happens,” Braden said.

Joining them in the Semifinals are Chad Masters/Paul Eaves (9.1 seconds), Turner Harris/Matt Kasner (9.3), Brayden Parker/Dustin Searcy (11.0), Britt Williams/Cayden Cox (18.0) and Rio Nutter/Daine McNenny (19.0).

You can watch the Finals live on The Cowboy Channel and PRCA on PRCA on Cowboy Channel+ on Sunday at 3 PM ET.
