Bronc Marriott Advances to Semifinals in Cheyenne

Bronc Mariott struggled at the 2021 Cheyenne Frontier Days and has been waiting for a chance at redemption. He got just that after going 89 points on Pete Carr Pro Rodeo’s Worth the Whiskey.

Mariott knew he had a great matchup when he saw the draw.

“That was a great bucking horse, I’m just glad I started him good. He felt great all the way through it. Finished it good, I’m happy.”

With the ride, Marriott clinched a spot in the Semifinals and has a great chance to climb the PRCA World Standings.

“I didn’t do so good last year, and I am really really excited that I started good. I’m just going to keep it rolling.”

Joining him in the Semifinals from Sunday’s performance are Orin Larsen (82.5 points), Keenan Hayes (82), 4. Ethan Mazurenko (81) and Caleb Bennett (81).
