A good calf, serious horsepower and amazing talent all came together for Ty Harris at the Calgary Stampede as he won the Round for Day 6 with a run of 7.0 seconds.
Harris missed in Round 1 of Pool B and quickly redeemed himself in Round 2.
“I just try to take every day as a new day and have fun and enjoy it I mean we’re at the Calgary Stampede and so I’m just happy to be here,” Harris said.
Harris is currently sitting in third place in Pool B at the Calgary Stampede with $5,500 and will compete in two more Rounds to secure his spot in the Short Go. Tuf Cooper was second in Round 2 of Pool B and after winning Round 1, he leads with the pool with $10,000. Quade Hiatt is second with $6,500.
The Calgary Stampede continues daily through Championship Sunday on July 17 on The Cowboy Channel and PRCA on Cowboy Channel+.
