Payden McIntyre’s Round 3 Win Secures His Moving On In San Antonio

Payden McIntyre had an amazing Sunday night. The Wyoming steer wrestler is sitting No. 3 in the World Standings and he is heading the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo Semifinals.

McIntyre was a 3.4 Sunday night to get the go-round win.

“First guy out, I just kind of rolled the dice and let the chips falls where they may,” McIntyre said.

To keep things interesting, McIntyre’s San Antonio victory lap is one he will never forget.

“Rump jumps out of the wall, out of the fence, and the horse jumps out from underneath me. I about fell off the victory lap horse,” McIntyre said.

Luckily, it is all a laughing matter now and we will see McIntyre back in the Semifinals along with Stockton Graves, Bridger Anderson and Dalton Massey.
