Steer Wrestler Rowdy Parrott has been unstoppable at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.
In Round 1, Parrott split the win with Clayton Hass after they both get a time of 4.1 seconds. He split fourth in Round 2 with Dakota Eldridge and a 4.2 and would eventually get a sport in the Wild Card Round that he would win with a 5.0 second run.
In the Semifinal, Parrott ended up being just two tenths off of the arena record with a 3.3 as the last steer wrestler out.
“I wasn’t trying to go that fast, things happened and it worked out, I’m just blessed and thankful,” Parrott said.
Rowdy Parrott qualified to the Final Round on Saturday. Will Lummus, Tristan Martin and Logan Kenline are the three other Finals qualifiers from the first Semifinals.
