The Nile Pro Rodeo took place in Billings, Montana this past weekend and some big names were crowned champions.

Kash Wilson was 87.5 on Powder River Rodeo’s Two Buck Chuck, a big paint stud that we will see in Las Vegas. Wilson won the bareback by 4.5 points.

Ty Erickson showed up and showed out to kick off his fall season in his home state with a fast run of 3.7 to win the bull dogging.

Jhett Trenary and Jorge Cruz took home the team roping title with a time of 4.0 seconds.

Ty Manke just came off of a good weekend at the Badlands Circuit Finals, he is adding to his 2022 earnings quickly. He went for 86 points on Rich N Fancy of Powder River.

Riley Pruitt won the tie-down with 7.0 seconds.

Wyoming barrel racer Maggie Poloncic stopped the clock in Montana at 14.98 to be the only barrel racer to run under 15.00 seconds and earn that championship.

In the bull riding it was Coleman Entze who had a huge payday. His 79 point ride on Powder River’s Your Best Life earned the cowboy $7,880.

It is important to keep in mind that the money won at these fall rodeos could potentially help contestants get a spot at the big winter rodeos like the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo and more.
