Gilbert overtook Shelby Boisjoli thanks to a win in Pendleton after going five seconds flat on two head.
The biggest surprise of the top-10 is Jackie Crawford who was not inside the WPRA top-20 until a month ago. She now sits in the number six spot in the world.
