Allen Boore has been marked 88 points and 87.5 points the last two rounds at the Calgary Stampede and both rides have earned him a coveted $5,500 check for first-place day money.
With $11,000 total, Boore leads Pool B and is $2,500 ahead of Shorty Garrett and Wyatt Casper, a pair of 2020 NFR qualifiers tied for second.
“It’s a great position to be in,” Boore said. “Things are looking up as the week progresses.”
