Tyler Waguespack stopped the clock at 3.3 seconds in the final performance of the Greeley Stampede to win the bulldogging and take home a check of more than $5,600.
“I knew I had a good steer, they broke the barrier on him earlier in the week. Had to give him a little bit of a start and I caught him in a good spot. Kyle Irwin made a great haze, made a good run,” he said.
Waguespack opted to ride Cheese during his run Wednesday night, a benefit of having a great arsenal of horses at his disposal thanks to traveling with Kyle Irwin and Tyler Pearson. Waguespack currently sits No. 6 in the World Standings.
