Bareback rider Richmond Champion knows consistency is key.

Scoring 85.5 points on Korkow Rodeos’ Ringworm, Richie took the win on night one at the Ram National Circuit Finals Rodeo in Kissimmee, splitting fourth/fifth overall in Round 1. He then rode The Cervi Brothers’ San Luis for 86 points, now splitting second/third in Round 2. With two solid rides in the preliminary rounds, he’s currently leading in the average and is solidly set to advance to the semi-finals. (The second performance of Round 2 kicks off this afternoon at 12:30 PM ET.)

After the first performance in Kissimmee, Richie caught up with Amy Wilson to talk about his ride on Ringworm and competing at the National Circuit Finals Rodeo.
