Dalton Massey has moved up 19 spots from another 32 into the top 15 this season. He is coming off a second-place finish at Redmond, Oregon at the High Desert Stampede.
Dalton Massey joined Western Sports Roundup from his construction job where he was framing walls and earning a paycheck. If his hot streak continues he may not be building homes for much longer.
“It was good, I kind of had a slow winter. Good to get a little ahead. We are fixing to have some really good rodeos this Spring. That was a good way to get the ball moving.”
Dalton gives a lot of credit to his grandfather, Sid Britt.
“He has always pushed me to be better and it sets a heck of a good example for me. It just makes it easy for me. It is hard to put it in perspective of how big of a deal that is because I am not used to not having someone like that.”
