Due to inclement weather, both the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo and the Dixie National Rodeo in Jackson, Mississippi will not be holding Monday night’s performances as scheduled.
“Due to the inclement weather, all livestock events and the Rodeo will be postponed on Monday, Feb. 15. Stay safe and warm,” the San Antonio Rodeo wrote on Facebook.
Both rodeos plan to complete their events and have set up accommodations for athletes who still arrived in town as scheduled. Those scheduled to compete Monday in San Antonio will likely compete on Tuesday and those scheduled to compete in Mississippi have been pushed to Thursday.
