The American Bucking Bull Incorporated kicked off its 2021 season with a bang. Over 120 bulls bucked on Jan. 1 and 2 in front of a sold out crowd in Fort Worth that stock contractor Cord McCoy described as “awesome.”
The event featured a Maturity, a Classic and a Top 20 Futurity competition. McCoy said seeing so many people attempting to compete in the Futurity division is great news for the bucking bull industry.
McCoy also discussed the PBR’s partnership with ABBI, some bulls to watch in 2021 and more.
McCoy’s own Ridin’ Solo was the Cowtown Maturity Champion with 90.4 points and Yachty, a bull owned by Chad Berger won the Classic. El Cid was the Futurity Champion with a score of 91.75 points.
