The Summer ProRodeo in Big Fork, Montana, wrapped up Monday night, and Steve Kenyon breaks down the action while Becky Christensen Mapston talks to the champions.
Highlights of the 2020 event included steer wrestler Blake Knowles stopping the clock at under 4 seconds for the win, which the steer wrestler credits to buddy Curtis Cassidy’s amazing horse Tyson; and the arena record being broken twice in the bull riding, first by Ky Hamilton and then by Derek Kolbaba, who took the title with a 90.5-point ride on New West Rodeo Productions’ Suga Boom Boom.
