These Boulder Mountain Nachos by Paizlee's are delicious and easy to make for your next meal!


1 pound ground beef

1 package taco seasoning

2/3 cup water

2 cups black beans

1/2 can black olives

1 Brick Cheese

1 bag of your favorite tortilla chips

Sour Cream



Brown 1 pound of ground beef in a pan. Add 2/3 cup water and package of taco seasoning. Mix together and let simmer until excess water has dissipated.

Fill a small pot with water and bring to a boil. Then ad 2 cups of black beans and boil until soft. About 45 min. Also, preheat over to 450 degrees.

Grab a ceramic plate ( this will be going in the oven, and you will need 2 of the same plates ) take your first plate and cover the bottom with your tortilla chips.

Grate cheese until the first layer of chips are covered. Then add a full spatula of ground beef on top of the cheese. Even the ground beef over the first layer of chips and cheese. Then add 2 spoon fulls of black beans evenly across the ground beef

Add another layer of chips, and repeat step 4. Repeat this process until you have used all your ground beef and beans.

Final layer: Lightly top with chips, sprinkle sliced black olives all over and then grate cheese until everything is covered.

Put Nacho plate into the oven until all cheese is melted... 5 min max. Then pull out and set the hot plate on top of the second plate! Top with sour cream and Salsa and enjoy!
