Following his win in the first round of the semifinals at the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo, Amy Wilson catches up with world champion steer wrestler Matt Reeves, who stopped the clock at 3.9 seconds on Thursday night, qualifying for the finals.
They talk horse power, Fort Worth fans, Reeve’s winning run, and the injury he incurred in the process.
The end of his steer’s horn caught Reeves in the right cheek, cutting it open. Luckily, no stitches were required, and he is fine to compete on Saturday for the championship title.
