Following a disappointing night at the National Western during which he received a “no time” when picking up on his horse as his steer cut left in front of them, Tyler Pearson remains in good spirits.
The world champion steer wrestler doesn’t let a bad little bad luck get him down. “I’m over it, you know, it’s okay,” he says. “I’m alive, we’re healthy, so we have a lot to be thankful for, and I want to live every day like that.”
Pearson talks to Bradie Jill Jones about the camaraderie among steer wrestlers, being on the road this year with his family, and what it means to him to “Live like Max.”
