Stetson Wright was 92 points in the saddle bronc riding and less than an hour later was 89 in the bull riding to win both events in Round 2 of Bracket 3 in San Antonio.
“To win a round here at San Antone, it’s awesome,” he said. “To do it twice in one night, that’s just, not many guys have ever had that feeling and it’s pretty awesome. I just love it.”
Wright is currently second in Bracket 3’s bull riding with $3,500, trailing Jordan Hansen by $250, and tied for first with Zeke Thurston in saddle bronc riding with $4,500. The Top 4 contestants in each event advance to the Semifinals of the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo.
