Savannah Bennet Posts Top Four Run In Reno

Savannah Bennet stopped the clock at 17.14 seconds in Reno to enter the top four of round two. After the run, Bennet got emotional talking to Janie Johnson about her horse.

“I think I had tears running down my eyes. I don’t even know if I saw the third barrel. I just get to ride him and it is a blessing, every ride is a blessing.”

Bennet went on to say she felt like her horse had a good run in him, “I had a pretty good idea, he actually ran tonight, I was pretty excited. That felt amazing.”

Bennet is currently fourth in the second round in Reno and her 17.14 second run was the fifth fastest of the rodeo thus far.
