Saddle bronc rider Chase Brooks talks hot streak on Western Sports Roundup

Chase Brooks has been to the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo three times and he is red hot right now.

The Montana cowboy has finished second or better and earned more than $3,000 at each of his last three rodeos. This past weekend, he tied for first at the High Desert Stampede in Oregon with an 86.5-point ride and second at the Osage Xtreme Bronc Days in Oklahoma with 87 points.

“It’s been going great, the whole winter has been awesome. I’ve been drawing good horses everywhere and I’m feeling good, feeling healthy,” he said. “It’s been the most consistent winter I’ve had.”

Brooks is currently No. 3 in the world standings behind Stetson Wright and Ryder Wright.
