Piva is currently sitting No. 4 in the 2021 PRCA World Standings and looking to get to his first NFR this year.

On the importance of consistency and making as many qualified rides as possible, Piva says, “I think it’s really important, that’s why I’ve entered so many early on this season. I definitely don’t ever want to feel like I have the past two years.” (He finished 17th in the World in both 2019 and 2020, just two spots shy of qualifying to compete at the National Finals.)

On his strategy for this season, he says, “I mean just go to everything I can, that’s how I’ve always done it.”
