Rookie T Parker is on a mission to be in Las Vegas and after this weekend, he is one step closer to climbing on 10 bulls in the Thomas & Mack come December.
Ellensburg, Washington was very kind to Parker as he pulled in almost $30,000 across two events there.
At the Xtreme Bulls, Parker placed in both Go-Rounds to finish second in the Aggregate. An 87.5 tied him for third in Round 1 before an 89-point ride put him second in the Finals. Parker was just two points less than Stetson Wright in the Aggregate and his success brought in a total of $22,638.
At the Ellensburg Rodeo, Parker did it again, placing in Round 1 and the Finals to win the Aggregate. An 87 and an 89 were good enough to add another $7,000 to his earnings.
Parker was No. 18 and outside the NFR picture on Aug. 29, but he is now the No. 9 ranked bull rider in the PRCA World Standings. He also jumped over Jestyn Woodward to take a lead of about $17,000 in the Resistol Rookie Race.
