On Night 1 in Reno, the rodeo paid tribute to its longtime stock contractor, beloved friend, and rodeo icon Cotton Rosser, founder of the Flying U Rodeo.
Rosser, now 94, entered the arena with the next generation of Flying Rodeo bucking horses and took a lap waving to the crowd as they cheered and tipped their hats to the legendary cowboy.
