PRCA Team Roping Header Standings Update, Sept. 7: Kaleb Driggers Extends Lead with Big Weekend

While there may only be three weeks left in the regular season, there is still plenty to be determined with the Cinch Playoffs getting underway. Kaleb Driggers continues to be the man at the top of the standings on the Header side. His lead now stands at $16,000 over Nelson Wyatt who spent a large portion of the season at the No. 1 spot.

Here is a look at the top 20 on the Header Side of the PRCA World Standings.

No. 1 Kaleb Driggers, $153,352

A week ago Driggers was up just $5,000 over Dustin Egusqiza, but after a big weekend that lead has grown to over $16,000 over the No. 2 spot. Driggers found success at three separate rodeos over the weekend with a second-place finish at the Iron County Rodeo to earn $2,400. He and his partner Junior Nogueira took the Lake County Round-up with a 4.2-second run to earn another $3,500. The biggest win of the weekend came in Ellensburg where the pair won the average and took home just under $10,000.

No. 11 Marcus Theriot, $91,657

While Theriot did not move up or down in the standings, Theriot had a strong weekend where he earned around $7,000. Theriot placed third at the Lake County Round-Up to earn $2,600. He would also place third in the average at the Ellensburg Rodeo where he was 19 seconds on three head to earn an additional $4,000.
