It may seem as though the bulls have been in the lead, but Jeff Askey, Stetson Wright and JR Stratford continue to earn checks and progress in the World Standings.

Stetson Wright made his return to bull riding after a brief pause in competing due to a wrist injury. This however did not set Wright back as he continues to expand his lead as he remains in the No. 1 spot for the World Standings. Over the weekend, Wright placed second at the Sheridan WYO Rodeo earning a check for $5,524. His success continued at the NFR Open as he placed in the No. 1 spot for Round 2 and finished in third place in the Long Round Average.
