Patrick Gottsch details what he expects the atmosphere to be like for RFD-TV’s The American

Rural Media Group founder and owner Patrick Gottsch expects their to be a rocking atmosphere in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for the RFD-TV’s The American in 2021.

This year, things kick off with the slack rounds at Cowtown Coliseum on Feb. 26 and run all the way through the finals of The American at AT&T Stadium on March 7.

Gottsch says the Fort Worth Stockyards, where the Cowboy Channel is headquartered, will look a lot like they did during the NFR come March. About 400,000 people came through the shops, bars and restaurants of the Stockyards during those 10 days in December.

“They had a ball.....People just felt so good to be in this kind of atmosphere,” Gottsch said. “Any chance we get, we plan to duplicate that again.”

There are about 18,000 tickets available for The American. You can buy them here. You can watch the full interview with Patrick Gottsch here.
