No. 14 Kole Ashbacher Leads Cinch Playoffs Saddle Bronc Riding After First Performance

Kole Ashbacher rode for 86 points to lead Round 1 of the Cinch Playoffs by three points in what could prove to be a crucial ride for the No. 14 man in the PRCA World Standings.

“I try not to look at the standings a whole lot, but I know it’s a real tight race,” he said. “It’s going to be real close...That horse just felt awesome today, little scoot then blew up.”

Damian Brennan and Layton Green split second with 83 points and all 12 cowboys who competed last night will be back tonight for their second of two attempts to help determine the Top 8.
