Molly Ottos Runs to the Average Lead in Ellensburg

Consistency is the name of the game when it is an average and in Ellensburg, Molly Otto was just that. With a time of 17.48 in Round 1 and a 17.44 in Round 2 she takes over the lead in the average against a tough set of barrel racers.

“Last year I didn’t have the best runs here, my horse didn’t like it that much so I tried to just have a better attitude and hope that she was going to work and she did what she needed to do,” Otto said.

Otto’s horse Chewy was feeling good and Otto’s confidence in her horse paid off. We will see the two again in the Short Round.
