Marcos Costa Claims Round 2 of Cinch Playoffs in Puyallup

After some tough luck in Round 1, World Champion Marcos Costa came back to throw down in Round 2. With a time of 7.5 seconds he got the crowd on their feet and a round win.

“I’ve been practicing for that my whole life, I’ve been so blessed to do what I love, especially at this rodeo. This rodeo is the first big rodeo I won on my rookie year. It’s pretty special for me to rope up here,” he said.

Costa travels with his wife, Keyla, and the two have a phenomenal support system that helps them keep going and chasing victories like these. Costa sits No. 22 in the World but there is big money still to be won this season.
