Sitting No. 28 in the WPRA Breakaway Roping World Standings, Loni Lester is looking for a win in Caldwell to help her climb the ladder towards NFR contention.
On Friday night, she got one stop closer, stopping the clock at 2.7 seconds to turn in the fastest time of the night, the second fastest time of Round 2, and to finish second in the average to advance to Saturday’s final round.
Following her run, Loni talked to Western Sports Reporter Katy Lucas about the setup in Caldwell, her second run, her horse, and trying to battle her way to the Top 15.
