Kellie Collier and Salty at the Sandhills Stock Show & Rodeo

Before her run at the Sandhills Stock Show & Rodeo, 2017 NFR qualifier Kellie Collier talked to sideline reporter Amy Wilson about the competition in Odessa, her horse Salty, the arena setup, the advantage of having a jackpot prior to the rodeo, and the beginning of the 2021 season.

Kellie and Salty turned in a time of 14.19 seconds to split fifth with Steely Steiner and Jodi Goodrich, behind Ivy Saebens (14.01), Stephanie Fryar (14.04), Jimmie Smith (14.12), and Tiany Schuster (14.16).

Kellie earned $2,382 in prize money and sits No. 20 in the WPRA World Standings behind Jordan Briggs by just a little more than $100.
